We stand behind the quality of every Sprinklez product. If something goes wrong with your order, we want to make it right. This policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds, replacements, and credits are available.
Eligible Situations
You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:
◆ Your product arrived damaged or with a broken seal
◆ You received the wrong strain or product
◆ Your order was lost in transit and tracking confirms non-delivery
◆ The product received is materially different from its description
How to Request a Refund
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Reach out through our contact page or email with your order number.
Provide documentation
Include clear photos of the issue (damaged packaging, incorrect product, etc.) along with your order number.
Resolution within 24-48 hours
Our team reviews each case individually. We will offer a replacement shipment, store credit, or full refund depending on the situation and your preference.
Non-Eligible Situations
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds for:
◆ Change of mind after delivery
◆ Subjective dissatisfaction with flavor or effects (cannabis is a natural product and experience varies)
◆ Orders where the delivery address provided was incorrect
◆ Claims submitted more than 48 hours after confirmed delivery
◆ Products that have been opened and partially consumed (unless defective)
Lost Packages
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 48 hours. We will work with the carrier to investigate. If the package cannot be located, we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
