How We Ship

Every Sprinklez order is prepared with discretion and care. We understand that privacy matters, and our packaging process reflects that commitment from start to finish.

All products are vacuum-sealed to preserve freshness and eliminate odor, then placed inside unmarked, scent-proof packaging. There are no external labels, brand markings, or indicators of the contents on any shipment.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation. During high-demand periods or new strain drops, processing may extend to 48 hours. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is dispatched, along with a tracking number to monitor delivery progress.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor delivery status. If your tracking information has not updated within 48 hours of receiving it, please contact our support team with your order number and we will investigate.

Please note that tracking updates may be delayed during weekends, holidays, or periods of high carrier volume. In most cases, a delay in tracking data does not indicate a delay in actual delivery.
